Our Pledge

We are dedicated to working for social justice by providing high quality legal representation to individuals, groups and causes that have been under-served in our legal system. We are dedicated to using our legal expertise and skills to support the goals of civil rights, to increase access to legal services, and to obtain equitable and just treatment for employees. We are committed to litigating on behalf of our clients, when other avenues of redress have been exhausted, to challenge governmental, corporate and individual wrongdoing and to bring compensation and legal vindication to those who have been harmed.

We believe, as Martin Luther King Jr. told the world from his Birmingham jail cell, that "injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." Accordingly, we believe it is both an honor and a duty to work with our clients to oppose injustice and to use the legal system effectively to create a more just and equitable society.
