Katz, Marshall & Banks, a boutique employment and whistleblower law firm in Washington, D.C., is now accepting applications for an Associate Position.  Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

The Katz, Marshall & Banks Associate position offers a talented and committed attorney the opportunity to work on important whistleblower, employment discrimination, or civil rights cases with experienced practitioners at Katz, Marshall & Banks.  Our Associates work closely with the firm's Partners and are deeply involved in all aspects and stages of our whistleblower and employment discrimination cases, from developing and investigating cases, interviewing clients, settlement negotiations, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery and attending legal proceedings with the Firm’s experienced attorneys. 

The ideal candidate will be 3 to 7 years out of law school and have worked in positions that demonstrate a commitment to social justice/civil rights issues.  Applicants should have superior analytical, research, writing, and verbal skills; the ability to balance a varied case load; and Bar membership should be obtained prior to the start date.
