Maura Dundon joined the firm in October 2007. She is a 2005 graduate of Columbia Law School, where she was a Kent Scholar and was on the Columbia Law Review. After graduation, she completed a year-long fellowship with Public Citizen's Alan Morrison Supreme Court Assistance Project, where she participated in merits- and cert-stage Supreme Court briefing. She then clerked for Judge Anita Brody in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Dundon completed legal internships at the Brennan Center for Justice in New York City, the New Mexico Environmental Law Center in Santa Fe, and Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP, in New York City.

Before law school, Ms. Dundon worked at Human Rights Watch in New York City. She received her bachelor's degree in International Studies and Spanish from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN in 1998. During college she studied abroad in the Basque Country and Madrid. After graduation, she spent a year in Madrid on a Fulbright studying Spanish literature. Ms. Dundon is originally from San Luis Obispo, California.

Ms. Dundon speaks Spanish. She is admitted to practice in New York and her admission to the District of Columbia is pending.
