Whistleblower case
A whistleblower case is a dispute between opposing parties resolved by a court, or by some equivalent legal process, such as the investigate in government agencies. A whistleblower case begins when a whistleblower files a complaint in government agency. At any point during the whistleblower case, the parties can agree to a settlement, which will end the case, although in some circumstances a settlement requires court approval in order to be binding.
