Whistleblower retaliation

Whistleblower retaliation is taking an adverse action against a person who opposed illegal discrimination or harassment, filed a complaint or participated in an investigation or reported other types of violations (blew a whistle on). Retaliation is prohibited under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
