Whistleblower shareholder

Whistleblower shareholder is a shareholder who blowing the whistle. SOX's section 1514A expressly provides that Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) protects whistleblowers who report employer misconduct that specifically violates federal fraud statutes, SEC rules or regulations or federal laws relating to shareholder fraud.
