Under investigation by the Office of Personnel Management, Special Counsel Scott Bloch has been placed on administrative leave.
As counsel for current and former employees of the Office of Special Counsel who have filed a complaint against OSC Special Counsel Scott Bloch, KMB has been fighting for Bloch's termination for quite some time. We are pleased that the current administration has finally chosen to hold Bloch accountable for his prohibited personnel practices and other serious violations of federal law, including retaliation against employees who voiced objections to his policy decisions.
