Katz, Marshall & Banks senior counsel Carolyn Wheeler was inducted as a Fellow to The College Of Labor and Employment Lawyers Class of 2019. The College is a professional non-profit association that honors the nation’s leading employment attorneys, and promotes achievement and excellence in the field of labor and employment law. Only the most accomplished and respected members of the employment bar are granted fellowships.
The nomination process is comprehensive and exhaustive. Two current Fellows must nominate a candidate, who is then reviewed by a Credentials Committee of Fellows, before the Board of Governors makes a final decision. Membership is further restricted by a cap of 10 percent annual growth.
