Katz, Marshall & Banks Of Counsel Carolyn Wheeler participated in a Q&A with Bloomberg BNA’s Labor and Employment Blog regarding important moments for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in 2015. Ms. Wheeler, who joined Katz, Marshall & Banks in August 2015 after a long career as Assistant General Counsel in the EEOC’s Appellate Services Division, was particularly well-suited to analyze the important work done by the agency over the past year.
