Carolyn Wheeler's Bloomberg Q&A Reviews EEOC Activity in 2015

Katz, Marshall & Banks Of Counsel Carolyn Wheeler participated in a Q&A with Bloomberg BNA’s Labor and Employment Blog regarding important moments for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in 2015.  Ms. Wheeler, who joined Katz, Marshall & Banks in August 2015 after a long career as Assistant General Counsel in the EEOC’s Appellate Services Division, was particularly well-suited to analyze the important work done by the agency over the past year.  Ms. Wheeler got “into the weeds” with BNA, explaining the holdings and impacts of some significant appellate and district court decisions in 2015, as well as describing some of the influential amicus briefs filed by the agency this year.  Ms. Wheeler also shared her thoughts on what EEOC litigation court-watchers should look out for in 2016.
