Katz, Marshall & Banks partners Debra S. Katz, David J. Marshall, and Lisa J. Banks were named to Washingtonian’s 2015-2016 list of the Top Lawyers in Washington, D.C. In building its list of D.C.’s best lawyers, the Washingtonian surveyed close to 1,000 previously recognized attorneys in the District, and then added “more research and reporting, contacting still more lawyers and reading up on notable case successes of the local bar.” Ms. Katz and Ms. Banks were among 22 attorneys recognized as top plaintiff’s employment lawyers and Mr. Marshall was one of 25 attorneys recognized as a top whistleblower lawyer.
