Legal Times publishes an article, "Hiring Minds Want to Know," by Ruth Eisenberg and Debra S. Katz. The article describes the practice of submitting job applicants to psychological testing, such as the popular Minnessota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI). Mss. Eisenberg and Katz argue that these tests may violate the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
