Katz, Marshall & Banks partner Debra S. Katz led a seminar a National Employment Lawyers Association course entitled "Beyond Stereotypes: Discovering and Proving Hidden Bias in Employment Cases" on October 14, 2006.  Ms. Katz's seminar was on strategies for litigating stereotyping cases.
