Katz, Marshall & Banks senior associate Alexis Ronickher served as a co-presenter for a continuing legal education course presented by the D.C. Bar Association on October 16, 2013, entitled “Effective Use of Interrogatories, Document Requests, and Requests for Admission.” The course, which Ms. Ronickher presented with Thomas P. Murphy of Hunton & Williams, explored effective ways of drafting and responding to written discovery requests, tactical considerations, discovery motions, and the use of written discovery at trial.
