Marshall spoke at the 14th annual conference of Taxpayers Against Fraud Educational Fund, the national organization of qui tam relators’ counsel, in Washington, D.C. on Friday, October 25, 2013. Speaking on a panel entitled Whistleblower Retaliation Issues, Marshall discussed new developments in the whistleblower-protection provisions of the False Claims Act, the Dodd-Frank Act, the SEC Whistleblower Program and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
